BIENVENIDOS! What an incredible time we are living in ... A time of so many extremes, polarities and accelerated change. A time of deep creative rewiring, powerful confrontation with the rawness of the natural world, as well as the shadows of our human condition. A time that is demanding all of us to bring forward our most unique and authentic offering to ourselves, to our communities and to the planet as a whole. This is what soul discovery is to me -- the full unfoldment and expression of our core essence. It is the finding of our unique song. The word “soul” originates from the Greek word "psyche", meaning "life, spirit, and consciousness." According to many spiritual and philosophical traditions, the soul is the self-aware and immaterial essence unique to each living being. It is what remains when we peel off the layers of our conditioning. James Hillman writes, "the soul is the light hidden inside the dark, that secretly holds things together within each of us and within the world". In this website, I share the kinds of 'soul work' that come closest to my heart, and reflect the depth and potential of the artistic and transformative experience. I have walked each and every one of these paths personally and with others in depth.
