SUMMER/FALL CYCLE STARTS:
STARTS SEPTEMBER 4 : 8 Circles & "Soul-Full" weekend
HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK / CIRCLE / MOVEMENT / PAINTING /
JOURNALING/ MASKS / ALTAR MAKING
We will gather 8 times on Tuesday evenings,
using the power of prayer/intention, altar creation, breath and
movement exercises, sitting in circle and the expressive arts.
How can we sustain and tend the life ( fire) inside of us,
in the midst of the lives we lead?
Is there a way to slow down so we can pay attention?
How can we tend to everything we plant and cultivate
without it all disappearing into "doing"
How can this fire feed and nourish all of who we are and do?
In this group we will be tending to the fire that lies within, and is the fuel
that sources our spirit and being to thrive and be from the core of who we are.
As part of the journey women have the option (highly recommended!) of participating in the "Soul-Full" weekend. And can also add to their journey an astrology reading
to deepen and process their experiences.
Holotropic Breathwork is a wonderful addition to the exploration and provides a
deepening and a release of what arises for women during the series.
This series is for women who are ready to dive deep within, transform
and nourish through the language of metaphor, symbol,
body, breath and BEING.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
WOMEN NEED TO COMMIT TO ATTENDING 6 OR THE 8 CIRCLES, and payment is required for all circles and breathwork weekend.
MONETARY EXCHANGE
I have created several packages with different possibilities according to what you would like to add to your participation in the series. My intention is that every woman in the series dives deep inside and feels held in her process, these different tools can help do that and offer a full journey. PACKAGE 2: PACKAGE 1 PLUS "SOUL-FULL" WEEKEND $745.00
INDIVIDUAL PAYMENTS:
PAYMENT PER CIRCLE: $75.00

Women can add $125 for either package if they would like to add an
astrology reading.
Package payment is made in full. If needed women can pay amount in two parts.

This evening is part of the "Soul-Full weekend for those women participating in the full program, Event is open to those women that would like to just attend the evening. This evening will be a rich evening of creating altars and sharing in circle, setting intentions for Summer Solstice & Fall Equinox.
Soul-Full weekend happens every Solstice and Equinox with the intention of providing a space for women to be in circle together, journey and nourish from the soul. It is so rare that we can give ourselves a full weekend to stop, go deep within and tap into the source of our joy and creative fire.
Women will gather on Friday evening to share in circle and create intentions for the weekend. Saturday will be a day of Holotropic Breathwork and some other creative practices.
Sunday we will integrate the experiences through different creative art modalities and
time in a beautiful natural setting in the Oakland Hills.
SCHEDULE:
Friday JUNE 14 6:15 pm to 9:15 pm (optional & can be added to weekend)
Saturday June 15 9 to 8:30 pm
Sunday June 16 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

TENDING THE FIRE
Starts January 10th
Ongoing 9 week women's circle.
This circle will include one Holotropic Breathwork session mid-series.
We are living such strong times, how are we taking care of ourselves, of our energy? In this group we will use expressive arts, movement meditations. sitting in circle and altar creation to nourish and tend the fire within, in preparation for the Spring.
