While we will not be right on Mt. Shasta, we are very close and in the land that connects to it.  Steward is nestled in the foothills of Mt. Shasta, 20 minutes from Weed, CA. It is a rustic venue that has been around for a long time with a strong intention to blend and honor the land as much as possible.  Facilities are rustic yet we have the comforts we need, as well a the strong healing holding of the canyon and waters. Our workshop space is wonderful for the breathwork and integration work.

Stewart Mineral Springs bathing facilities:

Stewart Mineral Springs offers an enchanted visit by embracing Mother Nature and soaking in sacred mineral waters if you feel called. Ancestral land of the Karuk Tribe. The owners have made every effort to maintain the pristine environment. Surrounded by trees, the creek feeds the hot springs leading to the soaker’s relaxation.

There is a private Bathhouse  that has 13 rooms where individual natural mineral baths are drawn for each guest to their temperature preference. A sheet and towel are provided. Adjacent to the private rooms is a wood fed sauna for further detoxification. Stewart Mineral Springs encourages soakers to jump into the cold “creek-pool” before climbing back into their hot bath.    This bath option will be at additional cost of $30 per bath  ($25 on Tuesdays).   Bathing happens on an individual basis in
periods of one hours per person.

There are no hot tubs or generals tubs to soak in through out the day.   The water here  is strong healing water  full with minerals and can be strong on some skin types, yet very healing.  You know your skin better then anyone so depending on each person how long you decide to soak, we can share more about it.

If having a bathing sessions doesn't call you, the  creek is also very healing
and refreshing waters.  The use of sauna is open to everyone as a guest of Steward.

We will have a really nice long break in the middle of our breathwork days for each of you to care in the ways that call you: bathing, hiking, resting, other optional integration practices, napping, being, non doing, etc etc.
